Our area offers all kind of outdoor activities. Winter fun - we are near the famous Kicking Horse Mountain ski resort that is famous for the champagne powder and you have a view on all the runs from Alpenrose. As well, we are close to Roger's Pass, famous for back country ski fun! There are lots of opportunities for Nordic skiing, snowshoeing and sledding tours. Summer fun - world famous white water rafting, horseback riding, exploring beautiful national parks, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding .... an almost endless list! The Hillside Suite has two beds, an en suite bathroom. At the end of your day you can relax in our outside hot tub, or just relax in front of our majestic fire place.

we have a self access system to the house and room

We live on the property, in a separate house (my self and the assistant host), and are thus accessible any time. We love meeting guests and hearing about their lives and travels, but we also respect their privacy.

We live in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view on the Rockies in town of Golden walking distance to groceries, pubs, restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Kickinghorsemountainresort.
